‘Where Past and Future Gather’

Carol Ann Wilson’s work with public schools and higher education institutions focused on issues of democracy and social justice, as did her writing. When she turned to creative nonfiction, her first book, Still Point of the Turning World: The Life of Gia-fu Feng, won Foreword Review’s Book of the Year Award. Another biography, Because We Wanted To! was a finalist for the same award. Carol’s essays have appeared in Under the Gum Tree, The Write Launch, bookscover2cover, Wrath-Bearing Tree, Unlimited Literature, and the Awakenings Review.
