Publication Opportunities

The Words Faire accepts all forms of creative submissions, either for general rolling submissions or for any current calls for print publications. To submit to The Words Faire, review the current opportunities, and include all necessary information in your submission.

Please Include in your submission:

  1. Subject - Submission type, Title, Name.

  2. A Cover Letter.

  3. Third Person Biography.

  4. Chosen Publication Opportunity

  • We accept rolling submissions throughout the year for publication in our quarterly Issues or exhibition page.

    ISSUE I: [GEODE]

    Fiction: 500 to 5,000 Words.

    Poetry: 1 - 5 Poems at a time.

    Art: High-quality photos or scans.

    Times New Roman, 12 Point font, Double-spaced. Preferably attached in a docX or pdf.

    Simultaneous submissions are allowed, and no previously published works.

  • Guidelines:

    - Stories sumitted must fit the theme of the anthology to be chosen for publication.

    - We prefer literary fiction for this athology, but we are open to genre fiction submissions.

    - Minimum 100 Word Micro-Fiction to Maximum 10,000 Word stories.

    - Please format stories in Times New Roman, 12 Point Font, Single spaced documents.

    The winner of the contest will recieve a complimentary copy of the book and personal marketing for their professional writing medias during the promotional period for the book release.Two Runner-Ups will be featured as part of the promotional materials for the book release.

The Words Faire reserves the right to accept or decline submissions that fit within their current publication standards. To check on the status of your submission, please wait eight weeks after the time of your submission before contacting us. Review the submission requirements before sending your pieces to us.
