‘The Gilded Edge’
Emma Wells is a mother and English teacher. She has poetry published with various literary journals and magazines. She writes flash fiction, short stories and novels. She is currently writing her fifth novel. Emma won Wingless Dreamer’s Bird Poetry Contest of 2022 with her poem ‘Carbonito de Sophie’.

Vivianne Clark resides in Omaha, Nebraska. Her creative work explores themes of feminism, depression, and intimacy. She is currently studying English at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Clark loves playing the saxophone in the Cornhusker Marching Band and cozy nights inside with a good book.

Leah Skay received her BA in Writing from Ithaca College. She's a proud alum of the Japanese Exchange and Teaching Program that returned to the States with a renewed vigor for writing pieces that challenge her. She has been honored and published in various online and print publications including Iron Horse Literary Review, Progenitor, Rowayat, Poets Choice Free Spirit, and more.
‘Taken Out at the Ballgame’
Grace Brendel is an undergraduate student studying Psychology with a minor in Creative Writing. She has been writing since she was thirteen years old and has won various local writing awards through her high school and college, as well as her county. She hopes to one day publish a book of poetry to inspire other writers to be true to themselves and to never give up on their dreams even when times get tough.

Michael Munns is a writer from Homer, Alaska. He has written and shared his poetry at open mics in the Colorado Springs area. He is an avid reader and writer who aspires to share his ideas with the world. Serving in the army he does not have any college education. Believing books are the backbone to our society, he educates himself in the likes of Tolstoy, Hemingway, Faulkner, and the greats he admires so much. His main forms are poetry and short stories. We are proud to share this is his first ever publication.
‘Lady English or Her Body Herself’
Tim Donahue began his writing career at Western Washington University in 2023 when he released his debut novel, “The James Gang” with Central Park South Publishing on June 2nd of that year. Donahue has worked for the past three years at Wavelength, a journalistic publication at Western Washington University, and in his free time he enjoys fly fishing, riding his bike, and repairing used books.

Jay Peter-Robison began writing stories when she was eight years old. She enjoys writing poetry and stories about nature and family relationships. She also loves to hike and spend time outside with her husband and three young children.

Andrea Abbott has written for many years, mostly poetry and essays. She has had a variety of careers, including twenty years as a correctional librarian in a men's prison. She has lived most of her life in rural areas of upstate New York.
‘Devilfish’
Ben Gates is a fan of orcas, dinosaurs, and the outdoors. Born and raised in the Seattle area, he is no stranger to the heavy raindrops that shed their tears before the North Cascades which have towered over him all his life. To look at mountains so big, Ben sees their history, their potential to be a story so grand, it towers as high as the Cascades. He hopes to one day capture that story, but for now, he is a student at Western Washington University, pursuing a degree in the English creative writing department with a Film Studies minor.

Tara Lesko is a Jersey born and raised special education teacher, professor, and writer whose work has appeared in The Comstock Review and NJ Bards. She is the author of Serotonin with a Side of Fries, please - a collection of poems and stories. Her second collection of poems is titled Let Us Keep Driving. Most recently, she published I Drank from the Garden Hose - a collection of Generation X/80's and 90's nostalgic stories and poems. Tara is a William Paterson University alum who studied under the tutelage of phenomenal poets and writers such as Rachel Wetzsteon, Timothy Liu, and Philip Cioffari. Becky A. Benson's work has appeared in print, online, and various television and podcast outlets. Becky holds a degree in psychology, is an advocate member of the Access to Equitable Carrier Screening Coalition, Certified Peer Support Specialist through the Child Neurology Foundation, and works for the National Tay-Sachs and Allied Diseases Association as the organization’s Family Services Manager. Brian Rohr is a writer, poet, and performative storyteller based outside of Portland, OR. His essay, “Living in a Broken and Magnificent World: On Being a Story-Carrier,'' was recently featured in the two-volume book set about Jewish Storytelling, P’ri Etz Yitzhak, Fruit of Yitzhak’s Tree. He’s the founder and director of “The Stafford Challenge,” an international poetry project inspiring over one thousand participants to write a poem every day for a year, influenced by legendary poet William Stafford. ‘Algorithms of Reincarnation’
Rob Armstrong’s book Daddy 3.0: A Comedy of Errors won the 2017 Independent Author Network Award for Best Comedy/Satire Novel. He attended several writing workshops, including the Gotham Writers’ Workshop and the International Thriller Writers’ Workshop. He earned his master’s in communication management from the University of Southern California. His work is forthcoming in Chamber Magazine, El Portal, Euphony Journal, Evening Street Review, Nude Bruce Review, Pennsylvania Literary Journal, and Perceptions Magazine.
