‘Tune of Tranquility’

Tune of Tranquility

The slow rhythmic synths and comforting voices,

vibrate like moonlight on a rippling wave.

The loyal rhythms on which I can count,

with soulful guitar aches, drown out my thought maze.

Tender falsettos echo through shadowed rooms,

where rest seems a mercy, ever unreached.

Soft harmonies hum past weight still carried,

through notes in the dark, which I silently weep

I rest in the hum where the whispers don’t echo.

A comfort I cling to, though not by design.

While with a soothing voice, you say, "It'll pass,"

it feels far from true—yet I hold it like a lifeline.
